Servio Hub Legal

Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Servio Hub Services by customers, providers, and provider team members. They are drafted for a marketplace platform that facilitates bookings, communications, and payment flows, but does not itself perform the booked field services.

Last updated: August 30, 2026 Effective date: April 30, 2026 Applies to customers, providers, and teams Draft baseline: Cyprus / EU

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service are entered into between you and P.K. PROJECT-X VENUE-RESERVE LTD, registered at Aristonikou, Limassol. That company operates the Servio Hub Services mobile application and related services, which we refer to in these Terms as "Servio Hub Services", "we", "us", or "our".

By creating an account, accessing the app, browsing provider listings, booking services, managing a provider workspace, or otherwise using Servio Hub Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Servio Hub Services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, or you must use Servio Hub Services with the involvement, permission, or supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.
  • If you create an account, request or accept paid services, use a payment method, or buy a provider subscription, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
  • If you use Servio Hub Services on behalf of a business or provider workspace, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business or workspace to these Terms.
  • Provider subscriptions, payout onboarding, and workspace administration may only be used by persons authorized to act for the relevant provider business.

3. The marketplace role of Servio Hub Services

Servio Hub Services is a marketplace and software platform. It helps customers discover providers, request services, exchange quotes and messages, manage schedules, and process certain payment-related workflows.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, Servio Hub Services does not itself provide the booked services. Providers are independent businesses or independent workers. The actual field service relationship, including the quality, legality, safety, timing, and completion of the service, is between the customer and the provider.

Servio Hub Services may facilitate job payments, subscription billing, provider payout onboarding, communications, and dispute handling, but that does not make Servio Hub Services the employer, agent, joint venture partner, or direct service provider of any provider.

Certain platform features rely on third-party services such as Stripe, map providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. Those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and service availability.

4. Accounts, verification, and security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create or update an account.
  • Some features require a verified email address and an active authenticated session.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify Servio Hub Services if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
  • We may require additional verification, limit access, or suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, security issues, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Terms for customers

Booking requests, quotes, and scheduling

  • Customers must submit accurate service details, locations, scheduling preferences, access instructions, and any information that could affect the provider's ability to evaluate or complete a job.
  • A booking request does not guarantee acceptance by a provider. Providers may reject, quote, reschedule, or otherwise respond to requests based on their own availability and business decisions.
  • If a provider sends a quote or a schedule proposal, the app may require customer action before the booking can proceed.

Customer responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring lawful and safe access to the service location.
  • You must not misrepresent the condition of the property, the work requested, or any hazards relevant to the job.
  • You remain responsible for your interactions with providers and for reviewing provider details, pricing, and availability before confirming a job.

Payments, authorizations, and refunds

  • Payment methods shown in the app or checkout flow may include card and other provider-enabled methods. Available options may vary by provider, job type, device, and region.
  • When you choose card checkout through Stripe, you authorize Stripe and Servio Hub Services to obtain payment authorization for the job and any disclosed platform or service fee shown in checkout.
  • Your use of Stripe-hosted checkout, customer billing tools, or provider payout onboarding is also subject to Stripe's own services agreement, privacy disclosures, and payment-network or banking rules.
  • For certain card-based jobs, authorization may occur when you complete checkout, and the charge may be captured later in the job workflow, including when the provider accepts the request. A captured charge is a completed card payment, not merely a hold.
  • When a job payment is refunded through Servio Hub Services, the disclosed platform or service fee is not returned except where mandatory law requires otherwise. The refund covers the provider service amount. Refunding a captured charge after payout can affect the provider's Stripe balance.
  • Provider-specific cancellation or refund rules may apply. Servio Hub Services may provide workflow tools to request or process refunds, but refund outcomes can still depend on provider policy, payment state, Stripe rules, mandatory law, and the facts of the particular dispute.
  • If a charge fails, authorization expires, checkout is not completed, or a repeating-plan invoice is unpaid, Servio Hub Services may delay, block, or cancel further job or visit progress until the payment issue is resolved.
  • Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, you are responsible for chargebacks, insufficient funds, expired authorizations caused by your payment method, and invalid or unauthorized payment details associated with your account.
  • Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of taxes depending on configuration. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your use of the platform or your supply or receipt of services where the law places that responsibility on you.

Repeating plans and prepaid visits

  • Some providers offer repeating schedules billed per visit, or prepaid monthly or yearly. Those customer repeating plans are billed through Stripe on the provider's connected account. They are not the same as a provider's own Servio Hub Services subscription described in section 9.
  • For a prepaid monthly or yearly plan, a successful invoice covers visits whose dates fall in that paid period. The app may create those visits in advance and mark them as already paid.
  • If a renewal invoice fails, the repeating plan becomes past due. Coverage does not extend into the unpaid period. Upcoming visits that were marked prepaid for that unpaid period may be unmarked so they are no longer treated as paid. Visits that already took place, and visits whose dates fall in a period that was actually paid, remain paid.
  • While a repeating plan is past due, Servio Hub Services may stop creating new visits until payment succeeds. The customer remains responsible for updating the payment method. A later successful invoice can restore prepaid coverage for the newly paid period.

Loyalty points, promotions, and discounts

  • Servio Hub Services may offer a customer loyalty program, promotional credits, discount codes, or similar benefits from time to time. Availability, earning rates, redemption rules, eligible jobs, and feature access may vary by account, location, provider, job type, payment method, and platform configuration.
  • Unless Servio Hub Services states otherwise in writing, loyalty points are promotional benefits only. They have no cash value, are not stored value, are not a bank account or payment account, do not earn interest, are not transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or used outside the Servio Hub Services platform.
  • Loyalty points may be earned only after the qualifying event occurs under the applicable program rules. For example, Servio Hub Services may require a card-paid job to be successfully paid, captured, or otherwise confirmed before points are awarded.
  • Loyalty redemptions may reduce eligible service charges, but they may be unavailable for some jobs, quotes, cash payments, fees, taxes, subscriptions, providers, regions, or account states. Loyalty redemptions may also be mutually exclusive with discount codes, provider promotions, or other offers unless Servio Hub Services expressly allows stacking.
  • Points, credits, reservations, and redemptions may be delayed, adjusted, reversed, canceled, forfeited, or refused if a booking is canceled, rejected, refunded, charged back, reversed, unpaid, suspected to be fraudulent or abusive, created in error, or otherwise ineligible under the program rules.
  • Servio Hub Services may establish expiration dates, minimum or maximum redemption amounts, account eligibility requirements, fraud and abuse controls, and other program limits. Servio Hub Services may correct ledger or calculation errors at any time, including by adjusting your point balance.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servio Hub Services may modify, suspend, limit, or terminate any loyalty program, promotion, discount, earning rate, redemption value, or eligibility rule at any time. If mandatory law requires notice or preserves specific rights, Servio Hub Services will comply with that law.

6. Terms for providers

Independent provider status

  • Providers are independent businesses or independent professionals, not employees or agents of Servio Hub Services.
  • Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer and perform, including quality, workmanship, legality, safety, licenses, insurance, labor matters, taxes, and customer-facing commitments.

Provider profile and service obligations

  • Providers must keep business profiles, pricing, availability, service areas, contact information, and uploaded portfolio or service content accurate and not misleading.
  • Providers must only publish content they have the right to use and must not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Providers are responsible for handling customer jobs professionally, responding honestly to booking requests, and maintaining lawful access to any payment or payout tool they use through Servio Hub Services.

Provider billing and payouts

  • Some provider features may require an active paid subscription, a current plan, or successful completion of Stripe Connect onboarding.
  • Where Servio Hub Services offers card payments for customer jobs, providers may need an eligible Stripe payout account that is ready to receive charges or transfers.
  • Providers authorize Servio Hub Services and Stripe to process subscription fees, payment authorizations, captures, refunds, and payout onboarding steps necessary to operate those features.

7. Provider teams, members, and workspace tools

  • Provider workspace owners are responsible for invited members, their access levels, their use of workspace data, and compliance with these Terms.
  • Servio Hub Services may provide workspace-level tools such as team member management, device registration controls, session management, and optional team location tools.
  • If a provider workspace enables foreground team location tracking, the provider workspace and its authorized administrators are responsible for using that feature lawfully and for informing affected team members where required.
  • Team members must use customer, job, and workspace data only as necessary for authorized provider business operations.

8. User content and communications

You retain ownership of content you submit to Servio Hub Services, such as messages, images, reviews, provider profile content, and service details. However, you grant Servio Hub Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the platform.

You must not use Servio Hub Services to upload, post, or send content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or threatening;
  • infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • contains malware, harmful code, spam, or deceptive commercial messages;
  • reveals another person's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.

Servio Hub Services and its licensors own the app, branding, interface, and other platform materials. Except for the limited right to use the platform under these Terms, no ownership or license rights are transferred to you. You must not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Provider subscriptions and platform billing

  • Provider subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles, trial terms, and included feature limits are shown in the app or Stripe checkout at the time of purchase.
  • Unless clearly stated otherwise, paid provider subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled.
  • If a subscription is canceled, access may continue until the end of the current paid period and then downgrade or deactivate in accordance with the applicable plan rules shown in the platform.
  • Subscription fees and platform fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

10. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • use Servio Hub Services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or abuse;
  • interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the platform;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent platform payment flows for jobs that originated on Servio Hub Services, or otherwise defraud users or Servio Hub Services;
  • misrepresent your identity, provider status, qualifications, availability, pricing, or job details;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse data from the platform except as allowed by law and our written permission;
  • bypass account, device, workspace, or payment restrictions;
  • use Servio Hub Services to transmit unlawful content, infringing content, spam, or deceptive offers.
  • use Servio Hub Services in violation of applicable sanctions, export, or other trade-restriction laws.

11. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

  • We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Servio Hub Services if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, created security or fraud risks, failed to pay required fees, misused the platform, or exposed other users or Servio Hub Services to legal or operational harm.
  • Providers may also lose access to certain features if subscriptions lapse, payment accounts are not properly onboarded, or workspace access is revoked by an authorized owner or manager.
  • You can stop using Servio Hub Services at any time. If you want to request account deletion, contact support@mileline-cy.com. Manual review may be required to preserve records needed for active jobs, billing, disputes, legal obligations, or security.
  • Termination does not remove obligations that arose before the termination, including outstanding payment obligations, dispute responsibilities, and rights that should survive by their nature.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servio Hub Services is provided "as is" and "as available." Servio Hub Services does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.

Servio Hub Services does not guarantee:

  • the availability, quality, or legality of any provider;
  • that any quote, booking, or schedule will be fulfilled;
  • the outcome, quality, safety, or timeliness of services actually performed by providers;
  • uninterrupted operation of third-party services such as payment, messaging, cloud, or map providers.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servio Hub Services will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Subject to mandatory law, the total aggregate liability of Servio Hub Services to you for claims arising out of or related to the platform will not exceed the greater of:

  • EUR 100; or
  • the total amount you paid directly to Servio Hub Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Servio Hub Services and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising out of or related to your User Content, your misuse of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with that defense.

15. Governing law, dispute handling, and no arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the courts of Cyprus will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@mileline-cy.com and allow a reasonable informal resolution period of 30 days where practical.

These Terms do not require arbitration unless you separately agree to arbitration with Servio Hub Services in writing.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the date above and provide additional notice where the change is material. Continued use of Servio Hub Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Servio Hub Services regarding the platform.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.
  • If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that or any other provision.
  • We may send notices through the app, by email, or by other reasonable means. Legal notices to Servio Hub Services should be sent to the contact details listed below.
